Hi, I'm Jayna Rappoli!

I’m a licensed Esthetician with a passion for transforming skin health. I graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in Seattle, WA in 2008. I am licensed in both North Carolina and Washington.

My journey in skincare began in high school. I faced my own skin challenges with acne, which ultimately inspired my career path. In my adulthood, I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Rosacea. So I get it; I fully understand the impacts of skin imperfections and different natural pathways that can be taken to help.

Prior to opening Jay & Co. in 2023, for 12 years I've proudly served as a Professional Educator and Account Manager for top skincare brands, traveling nationally and internationally to train spa therapists at luxury resorts, hotels, high-end day spas, and medical spas on protocol, technique, and science + technologies. I served on the Board of Directors for the Rocky Mountain Spa Association as well, where I was always on the forefront of the spa industry. Recently, in the new year of 2025 I accepted an opportunity to work with HydroPeptide (again!) as a Freelance Professional Educator.

I hold certifications in Oncology Esthetics, Microneedling, and I am currently taking a sugaring hair removal course. At the core of my practice is a commitment to clean ingredients — cruelty-free, free from hormonal disruptors, parabens, phthalates, dyes, or harmful chemicals.

My family and I live locally in Tryon and feel so much gratitude to be in this incredible community nestled in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains in Western North Carolina. I’m a boy mom to my almost 2 year old, dog mom, and wife. Pottery is my therapy, I love hiking, gardening, dinner parties, and travel.
